11.5 ounce can tomato-vegetable juice cocktail

carrots
sliced

stalks celery
diced

large potato
diced

chopped fresh green beans
Canned green beans are an "ok" substitute.

fresh corn kernels

cup
water
salt and pepper to taste

tsp
Creole seasoning (or to taste)
E.g. Tony Chachere or Malcolm Reed's King Craw
Method
Combine all ingredients in a large stockpot.
Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
