Line pie crust with tomato slices about 1/4 inch thick.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil and chives.
Mix mayo and cheeses -- spread mixture over tomatoes to seal edges.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes

Diane uses 3 different cheeses - feta parmesan, Colby cheddar. You can use whatever cheese you want to experiment with as long as it is 2 cups or more. She probably uses more than 2 cups.)
