Method
- In small saucepan, stir oils and pepper over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add honey and soy sauce and set aside.
- Cook noodles and drain.
- Stir in sauce mixture and combine with noodles.
- Cover, refrigerate at least four hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, add cilantro, onions, peanuts, and sesame seeds to noodles.
