Spiced Pumpkin Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 12-15 oz Plain hummus, Sabra brand
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Freshly Cracked Pepper
  • Warmed pita bread crackers, carrots, baby cauliflower, blanched green beans, Belgain endive, and other crudités for serving

Method
 

  1. Mix pumpkin and hummus with lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle with additional cumin. Serve with pita bread and crudités.
