Stir fry asparagus and set aside.
Toast sesame seeds 2-3 minutes in fry pan and set aside
Cook pasta and set aside
Stir fry shrimp in oil with garlic and gingerroot.
Add sherry and cook 1-2 minutes.. Add back the asparagus and reheat.
Add pasta.
Add the scallions and toss until hot, 30-60 seconds.
Remove from the heat, sprinkle with the sesame oil, and taste for seasoning.
On individual serving plates sprinkle with sesame seeds.
