Phil's Eggs

Course: Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 12 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 slices of fresh bread diced
  • 2 t. salt
  • 2 t. dry mustard
  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 2 cup Kraft grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cup sauteed mushrooms or onion, or green peppers

Method
 

  1. Brown sausage, drain.
  2. Beat eggs and add milk, salt, mustard, bread, cheese, and sausage.
  3. Pour into 13x9 baking dish
  4. Let set over night in the refrigerator.
  5. Bake in 13 x 9 dish for one hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  6. Make sure center of mixture is set up.Check center for firmness when finished.
