- Combine egg yolks, lemon juice, mustard and hot pepper sauce in the container of the blender. Cover and blend for about 5 seconds.
- Melt the butter in a Pyrex measuring cup.
- Turn the blender on; pour the melted butter in a slow steady stream until the sauce is thick and smooth - 15-30 seconds. Make sure to pour the butter slowly to avoid creating "scrambled eggs"
