Method
- Add the potatoes, onion, carrot, celery. ham, Kosher salt, pepper and chicken broth the slow cooker, and cook on low for 7-8 hours (or on high for 4-5 hours)
- Using a potato masher, mash about 1/3 of the potatoes.
- Add the flour, half-n-half, and sour cream. Stir everything together.
- Cover and cook on high for an additional 10 minutes.
