Flank Steak Marinade

Ingredients
  

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 bottle of chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup salad or vegetable oil
  • English cut or chuck roast can be used in place of flank steak.

Instructions
 

  • Marinate flank steak in marinade over night.
  • Cook on grill 15 minutes. Cook English cut or chuck roast approximately 45 minutes.
