Instructions
Combine the flour and the seasonings.
Trim the fish into strips - about 1" wide. Dry with a paper towel (important for crispiness)
Do a 3-step coating for each fish strip: a) flour/spice, b) egg, c) panko bread crumbs. Place the strips on a plate while heating the air fryer. Spray both sides of the fish strips with oil.
Air fry at 400, turning halfway through until crispy and lightly golden - about 10 minutes. Only fill one layer of air fryer, leaving airspace between the strips. Do two batches if needed.

Note: If multiple batches are needed, you can put the finished fish in the oven at 250.
