Crack Burger - from Meat Church

shredded cheddar cheese

sour cream

Ranch dressing mix

bacon, cooked and crumbled

Meat Church Blanco seasoning
Instructions
Set grill/griddle to 350
Prepare the burgers
Mix the ground meat, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese and Blanco thoroughly by hand in a medium bowl
Divide into 4 equal parts and make 4 patties.
Lightly season with more Blanco
Grill the burgers
Grill on each side over hot coals for 3-4 minutes. Shoot for an internal temp around 135.
Add a slice of cheese during the last minute.
Build the burgers
Put the burgers on a bun and top with your favorites.
