Rinse the wings and pat dry. Getting them dry is a key to crisp wings
Mix the flour and seasoning together. The Holy Voodoo mix is a blend of salt, pepper, garlic, onion and paprika. It is only slightly hot.
Coat 1 batch of wings in the flour & seasoning mix. The air fryer can handle about 6 wings and still allow for great air flow.
Spray the cooking surface and wings with some cooking oil. Cook at 380 for 20 minutes. Give them a good shake once or twice during the cooking.
While cooking, put the sauce in a bowl. I've used 1/4 cup of Frank's Buffalo sauce, and it worked great. You could also use a BBQ sauce, Asian sauce, or anything else that sounds good. Warm up the sauce in the microwave so that it isn't cold.
When the wings are cooked, put them in the sauce. Stir them around, and serve.
