Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Scramble the eggs and season to your liking. I prefer to keep them on the moister side since they'll be in the oven for another 20 minutes. I also added 1/4 cup of 1/2-n-1/2 to make them creamier.
Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half in a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33 cm) rimmed baking dish. Spread the eggs evenly over the rolls, then add the ham, cheddar, bacon, and spinach. Top with the remaining rolls.
Slice the rolls into individual sandwiches. I find it easier to slice them prior to cooking them.
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle the pepper and "Everything but the Bagel" on top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown. Re-slice into individual sliders, then serve.
