Beef Street Tacos
This is a super simple way to use up some leftover steak.

- 12 ounces Steak - leftovers work well. The exact amount doesn't matter. Use up what you have.
- 6 flour tortillas, 6" Liz and I used "fajita" sized, which are about 6" across. They seemed to be the perfect size.
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- Sour cream
- Pico de Gallo
Slice the left over steak into very thing strips. Heat the steak strips in the microwave or in a pan. Just get them warm. They don't need to recook.
Warm a tortilla shell in the microwave
Build the taco by adding the beef, sour cream, pico de gallo, and cilantro
Eat it up, and enjoy.
