Asian salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 bottle Asian Zing sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings
  • 2-4 Salmon filets, cut into serving-size pieces We use Sam's club frozen filets.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Green onion or chives

Method
 

  1. Pour 1/2 bottle of the Asian Zing sauce (Buffalo Wild Wings) into a bowl. Add the salmon filets and stir them to make sure they're coated. Let them hang out for 30-60 minutes.
  2. Cook the salmon in a 350 degree cooker to 130 degrees. A thermometer is really important to keep from over-cooking the salmon. My preferred method of cooking is to use a cedar plank that I've soaked in water. It helps to protect the fish and it imparts a little flavor.
  3. Once the fish is cooked, sprinkle on some sesame seeds and some diced green onions. Serve with the side dish.
