Aji Verde Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 3 jalapeno peppers deseeded and diced
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro coarsely chopped
  • 2 clovers garlic or 1 heaping tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Combine all of the aji verde ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth
  2. Refrigerate for 6+ hours
