Scallion Bread

Course: Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • ½ c. soft butter
  • 3 green onion chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • Black pepper
  • 1 loaf French bread 15" long

Method
 

  1. Mix butter, onions, cheese and pepper.
  2. Spread on bread. Put halves together.
  3. Wrap in foil.
  4. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes.
