Christmas Hard Candy

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup light Karo
  • 1 cup water
  • Flavorings: Clove cinnamon, peppermint, fruit, wintergreen, anise

Method
 

  1. Cook to 300. Take off and add oil flavoring.
  2. Pour into pans lightly dusted with powdered sugar.
  3. Pour in ribbon strips and break into pieces.
