Method
- Melt butter in a stock pot. Cook onion and garlic in butter until translucent.
- Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chicken broth. Bring to a slow boil.
- Add broccoli, carrots, and cook for ten minutes.
- Add cream and cheese. Serve when everything is warm.
Notes
Makes 8 servings, so making half of the recipe is possible.
