Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of onion soup
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 12 ounces sour cream
  • 1 brick cream cheese
  • 1 bag egg noodles

Equipment

  • Crock Pot

Method
 

  1. Put the beef and cans of soup in the crock put. Cook on low for 8 hours
  2. One hour before serving, add sour cream and cream cheese, and stir until melted.
  3. Cook egg noodles per the package instructions.
  4. Serve over noodles.
