Beef Street Tacos

This is a super simple way to use up some leftover steak.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces Steak - leftovers work well. The exact amount doesn't matter. Use up what you have.
  • 6 flour tortillas, 6" Liz and I used "fajita" sized, which are about 6" across. They seemed to be the perfect size.
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • Sour cream
  • Pico de Gallo

Method
 

  1. Slice the left over steak into very thing strips. Heat the steak strips in the microwave or in a pan. Just get them warm. They don't need to recook.
  2. Warm a tortilla shell in the microwave
  3. Build the taco by adding the beef, sour cream, pico de gallo, and cilantro
  4. Eat it up, and enjoy.
