Pour 1/2 bottle of the Asian Zing sauce (Buffalo Wild Wings) into a bowl. Add the salmon filets and stir them to make sure they're coated. Let them hang out for 30-60 minutes.
Cook the salmon in a 350 degree cooker to 130 degrees. A thermometer is really important to keep from over-cooking the salmon. My preferred method of cooking is to use a cedar plank that I've soaked in water. It helps to protect the fish and it imparts a little flavor.
Once the fish is cooked, sprinkle on some sesame seeds and some diced green onions. Serve with the side dish.
