Spicy Peanut Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 T. sesame oil
  • 1 t. crushed red pepper
  • 3 T. honey
  • 2-3 T. soy sauce
  • 8 oz. spaghetti or linguini cooked
  • 1 T. chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts unsalted
  • 1/4 cup minced green onions
  • 1 T. sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • In small saucepan, stir oils and pepper over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add honey and soy sauce and set aside.
  • Cook noodles and drain.
  • Stir in sauce mixture and combine with noodles.
  • Cover, refrigerate at least four hours or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, add cilantro, onions, peanuts, and sesame seeds to noodles.
