Spicy Peanut Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 T. sesame oil
  • 1 t. crushed red pepper
  • 3 T. honey
  • 2-3 T. soy sauce
  • 8 oz. spaghetti or linguini cooked
  • 1 T. chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts unsalted
  • 1/4 cup minced green onions
  • 1 T. sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. In small saucepan, stir oils and pepper over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Add honey and soy sauce and set aside.
  3. Cook noodles and drain.
  4. Stir in sauce mixture and combine with noodles.
  5. Cover, refrigerate at least four hours or overnight.
  6. When ready to serve, add cilantro, onions, peanuts, and sesame seeds to noodles.
