Phil's Eggs

Course Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 12 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 slices of fresh bread diced
  • 2 t. salt
  • 2 t. dry mustard
  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 2 cup Kraft grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cup sauteed mushrooms or onion, or green peppers

Instructions
 

  • Brown sausage, drain.
  • Beat eggs and add milk, salt, mustard, bread, cheese, and sausage.
  • Pour into 13x9 baking dish
  • Let set over night in the refrigerator.
  • Bake in 13 x 9 dish for one hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Make sure center of mixture is set up.Check center for firmness when finished.
