
Philly Cheese Steak Pizza
This is a savory, homemade pizza with a white sauce rather than the traditional red sauce.

Method
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator 2 hours before making the pizza and let the dough come to room temperature.
- Cook the onion, green pepper and mushrooms until they are soft - it can all be done in one pan. The goal is to cook some of the water out of the vegetables so that the pizza isn't soggy in the middle.
- Put flour on the countertop, and shape the pizza dough
- Add a layer of white pizza sauce. Apply some red chili flakes
- Apply the remaining toppings. Save the shredded mozzarella for the end to create a cover over all of the toppings.
- Bake at 500 degrees on a pizza steel/stone for 8-10 minutes.
