
White Pizza - with Sausage, Mushrooms and Onion
This is a savory, homemade pizza with a white sauce rather than the traditional red sauce.

Method
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator 2 hours before making the pizza and let the dough come to room temperature.
- Carmelize the onions and saute the mushrooms - it can all be done in one pan.
- Put flour on the countertop, and shape the pizza dough
- Add a layer of white pizza sauce and the slices of fresh mozzarella. Apply some red chili flakes
- Apply the remaining toppings. Save the shredded mozzarella for the end to create a cover over all of the toppings.
- Bake at 500 degrees on a pizza steel/stone for 10 minutes.
