Crack Burger - from Meat Church

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 Cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 buns toasted
  • 1 Tablespoon Meat Church Blanco seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Set grill/griddle to 350

Prepare the burgers

  • Mix the ground meat, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese and Blanco thoroughly by hand in a medium bowl
  • Divide into 4 equal parts and make 4 patties.
  • Lightly season with more Blanco

Grill the burgers

  • Grill on each side over hot coals for 3-4 minutes. Shoot for an internal temp around 135.
  • Add a slice of cheese during the last minute.

Build the burgers

  • Put the burgers on a bun and top with your favorites.
