Crack Burger - from Meat Church
Ingredients
- 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 Tablespoons sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons Ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 Cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 buns toasted
- 1 Tablespoon Meat Church Blanco seasoning
Instructions
- Set grill/griddle to 350
Prepare the burgers
- Mix the ground meat, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese and Blanco thoroughly by hand in a medium bowl
- Divide into 4 equal parts and make 4 patties.
- Lightly season with more Blanco
Grill the burgers
- Grill on each side over hot coals for 3-4 minutes. Shoot for an internal temp around 135.
- Add a slice of cheese during the last minute.
Build the burgers
- Put the burgers on a bun and top with your favorites.
