Spiced Pumpkin Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 12-15 oz Plain hummus, Sabra brand
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Freshly Cracked Pepper
  • Warmed pita bread crackers, carrots, baby cauliflower, blanched green beans, Belgain endive, and other crudités for serving

Instructions
 

  • Mix pumpkin and hummus with lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle with additional cumin. Serve with pita bread and crudités.
