Stir Fried Sesame Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 t. dark sesame oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 T. vegetable oil
  • 4 cups cold cooked rice
  • 1 cup frozen green peas thawed
  • 3/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions

Method
 

  1. Combine the sesame oil, eggs, and egg whites in a small bowl; stir well, and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add egg mixture, and stir fry 2 minutes.
  4. Add rice; stir fry 3 minutes.
  5. Add green peas, salt and pepper; stir fry 5 minutes.
  6. Add bean sprouts and green onions; stir fry 2 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
