Dinner rolls using Rhodes dough

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Rhodes dinner roll pieces. 2 per dinner roll, using a pan with 6 large muffin pockets.
  • Pam spray oil
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Spray the inside of the muffin tin. Place two Rhodes dinner roll balls in each muffin pocket.
  • Place a piece of Saran Wrap that has been sprayed with Pam on top of the muffin tin. Let the dough rise until it has reached a little over the top of the muffin tin. It will rise a little a little further during cooking.
  • Cook the rolls in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. The top should look light brown. Remove and baste with butter. Place back in the oven and cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove, cool and serve.
