BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ball Neapolitanish dough
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 red onion, cut into long slices
  • 1-2 cups chicken thighs - cooked, seasoned, and diced
  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 8 oz mozzarella, shredded cheese, Can combine with parmesan and colby-jack
  • 1 tbsp cilantro - fresh, chopped For garnish

Method
 

  1. Create the pizza dough
  2. Add the BBQ sauce. Go light. A very thin layer will do just fine.
  3. Add the chili flakes, and a light layer of cheese (about 1/2 of the cheese)
  4. Apply the diced chicken and purple onion. Add the remaining cheese.
  5. Cook at 500 degrees on a pizza stone/steel for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and add the cilantro. Let cool for a few minutes so that you don't burn your mouth. Slice and serve.
