Avocado Corn Salad Version 2.0

Ingredients
  

  • 2 avocados large
  • 2 corn cobs raw
  • 1 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 lime
  • salt to taste
  • tortilla chips

Method
 

  1. Cut open and dice avocados.
  2. Cut cherry tomatoes in quarters.
  3. Cut corn off the cob.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
  5. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top. Mix and salt to taste.
