Pizza - Low Carb Deep Dish
Ingredients
- 6 oz cream cheese 3/4 package
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1-1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pinches of black or cayenne pepper
- 1 cup or a little more of an italian blend shredded cheese, at least 1/2 of which is a hard cheese such as Parmesan or Asiago.
- Pizza toppings of your choice - mozzarella sausage, mushrooms, pepperoni, etc...
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Combine cream cheese and eggs in a bowl. Blend together well using a blender or food processor. Add salt and spices and blend again.
- Spread italian cheese blend in a well-buttered 9x13 pan. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until the top is browning.
- Remove from oven and add pizza toppings.
- Bake until done - another 10-15 minutes.
