Pizza - Low Carb Deep Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz cream cheese 3/4 package
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pinches of black or cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup or a little more of an italian blend shredded cheese, at least 1/2 of which is a hard cheese such as Parmesan or Asiago.
  • Pizza toppings of your choice - mozzarella sausage, mushrooms, pepperoni, etc...

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350
  • Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Combine cream cheese and eggs in a bowl. Blend together well using a blender or food processor. Add salt and spices and blend again.
  • Spread italian cheese blend in a well-buttered 9x13 pan. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
  • Bake for 22-25 minutes until the top is browning.
  • Remove from oven and add pizza toppings.
  • Bake until done - another 10-15 minutes.
