Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 cups canned pineapple chunks drained (fresh is also an option), chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes seeded and chopped
- ¾ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup minced cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 t ground coriander
- ¾ t ground cumin
- ½ t salt
- ½ t minced garlic
