Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups canned pineapple chunks drained (fresh is also an option), chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes seeded and chopped
  • ¾ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup minced cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 t ground coriander
  • ¾ t ground cumin
  • ½ t salt
  • ½ t minced garlic

Instructions
 

  • Combine and refrigerate
