Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs well beaten
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheese
  • 1 onion chopped fine (very small)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • Butter

Instructions
 

  • Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
  • Place in casserole.
  • Combine soup, eggs, cheese, onion and mayonnaise; pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with stuffing mix; dot with butter.
  • Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
