Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1 onion chopped fine (very small)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- Butter
Instructions
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
- Place in casserole.
- Combine soup, eggs, cheese, onion and mayonnaise; pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with stuffing mix; dot with butter.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
