Hash Brown Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash browns southern-style squares, not shredded
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and add to potatoes. We do this ahead of time, while the potatoes are still frozen, and then we let it thaw out in the refrigerator.
- Pour into a 9x13 greased pyrex pan
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour
