Brisket Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked beef brisket shredded or chopped
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground chili powder
- 10-12 cor taco shells or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese - cheddar or colby jack
- 3 green onions sliced
- Salsa Sour Cream, Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place skillet on medium heat.
- Add brisket , broth and seasoning.
- Warm it up - 8-10 minutes.
- Make the tacos to taste.
