Sauerkraut balls
Ingredients
- 2 lb. sauerkraut drain and grind
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 T. parsley
- 2 C. bread crumbs
- 4 eggs
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. sugar
- Dash pepper
