Cooking bratwurst sounds like a no-brainer, but getting it right is a bit of an art. I found that this method creates a juicy bratwurst with the right "snap" on the casing.

- Sous vide the bratwursts at 160 for 60-90 minutes.
- Remove the brats from the vacuum seal packaging, and place them on a foil-lined sheet pan.
- Broil the brats in the oven until they have a slight char on the casing. This is likely 2-3 minutes per side.
