Salmon with creamy dill sauce
Ingredients
Salmon
- 1 salmon fillet (enough to feed everone...1/4 lb /person)
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/4 cup butter cut into pats
Dill Sauce
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 3/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat grill/oven to 350.
- Place salmon fillet(s) in an aluminum foil pan. Season with lemon-pepper on all sides. Place pats of butter on top of the filets and in the pan.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 125-130 degrees. Baste with butter from the pan every 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients until smooth. Serve with salmon.
