Chili Con-Queso - Axel's Bonfire
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup yellow onions, diced
- 2 tbsp jalapenos, seeded & minced
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup roasted green chilies, diced
- 2 lbs Velveeta cheese
- 3 tbsp chicken base
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cup half-n-half
Instructions
- heat oil in sauce pan. Add onions, garlic, and jalapenos. Saute until tender and aromatic.
- Add remaining ingredients. Stir until fully incorporated.
