Goldfish pub snacks
Ingredients
- 22 oz Goldfish crackers If you buy Goldfish in bulk at Sam's, they have 3 foil bags in the box. This recipe is for one of those bags.
- .5 bag pretzels Pick whatever you like...straight, curly
- 1 jar peanuts
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire
- 3 tbsp bbq rub
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 250
- Melt the butter in a pyrex dish in the microwave. Add all fo the seasonings.
- Put the pretzels and goldfish in a full-size aluminum tray. Pour the liquid over the dry ingredients and fold it all togeter.
- Cook for 1 hour - stirring every 15 minutes.
- When it's done cooking, pour everything onto some paper. This can be grocery bags that are cut to lie flat, newspaper, even parchment paper. The key is to let it air dry for 30 minutes or so.
- Bag 'em and freeze 'em until the big party.
