Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 Cup ripe mangos peeled, pitted, and finely diced
- 1 Small red bell pepper finely diced
- 1 Small red onion finely diced
- 1 JalapeƱo minced
- 1 Cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
